Role Summary
As a Customer Specialist at ASB Masterton Advice Centre, you will support customers with a broad range of banking queries and requests, educate and guide them through digital solutions, and provide excellent service across multiple channels while supporting day‑to‑day branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers each day across multiple channels.
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the branch.
- Educate customers about ASB’s digital and self‑service banking solutions.
- Ask the right questions and tailor personalised solutions to meet customer needs.
Job Types
- Full‑time role – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Part‑time role – 16 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday.
