Customer Solutions Manager, New Zealand (AWS)

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ownership of cloud transformation programs, including technical, operational, organizational, and educational initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted cloud migration advisor, interfacing with sales, solutions architecture, support, product, professional services, and partner teams.
• Leverage consulting, complex program‑management, and technology skills to translate customers’ strategic business objectives into executable plans and drive successful implementation.
• Provide prescriptive guidance based on AWS best practices to navigate customers’ biggest business and IT challenges.
