Duties & Responsibilities


+ Manage incoming customer and internal inquiries regarding spare parts quotations, orders, pricing, delivery updates, and product availability.
+ Enter and maintain accurate customer quotes, orders, and account information within the ERP/order management system.
+ Coordinate with suppliers to source components and verify pricing, availability, and lead times.
+ Prepare and communicate quotations, order confirmations, shipment updates, and other order-related information to customers.
+ Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics with warehouse personnel and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
+ Process order adjustments, discrepancies, returns, cancellations, and resolve shipping-related issues promptly and professionally.
