**Company Description**Gerresheimer Querétaro S.A. in Mexico produces primary glass packaging for pharmaceutical use.Type I glass is produced in clear and amber glass.The broad product range includes ampoules, serum vials, screw thread vials, ready-to-fill syringes and cartridges.Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively following up on orders, maintaining clear and assertive communication, and complying with applicable regulatory standards.
**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree completed.A degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interest in customer service and client interaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an assertive and professional approach.
- Availability for a temporary position
