This position handles moderate to complex inquiries related to policies and billing, and resolves service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing policy changes.

• Take ownership of inquiries, issues, problems, or errors that could impact policyholders or independent agents and determine appropriate actions.
• Answer inbound calls, field questions about existing insurance policies, and determine appropriate actions.
• Serve as the initial point of contact after a policy is sold, recognizing exposure and asking probing questions.
