ZEN’YU is an authorized distributor of premium sports, medical and lifestyle products sourced from the US, UK, Europe and Australasia. The company distributes through its ACTIV360 by ZEN’YU store at #02-04 Lebar, its online , and marketplaces including RedMart, LazMall, ShopeeMall and NTUC FairPrice Online.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support ZEN’YU’s customer service, order processing and ecommerce operations. This role suits someone who is organized, responsive and comfortable coordinating customer enquiries, orders and sales support across retail, online and business channels.
