Position Overview
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager – Industrial and Municipal, the Customer Service Specialist will deliver proactive, customer‑focused support, ensuring timely processing of replacement and spare parts orders, supporting quoting activities, coordinating urgent field service needs, and resolving customer inquiries to drive satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process replacement, warranty, and spare parts orders in ERP systems.
- Monitor and drive on‑time delivery by tracking orders and collaborating with planning and logistics.
- Support Sales and Account Managers with quoting and order validation.
