Customer Service Specialist LATAM

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a leading multinational industrial solutions provider. We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with experience managing the end-to-end order process and collaborating across multiple functions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and requests through CRM, email, and phone.
• Create sales orders based on customer purchase orders.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle, from order entry through shipment, ensuring accurate delivery commitments, pricing, credit notes, and return authorization requests.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and inquiries.
• Monitor urgent orders and proactively follow up on logistics activities through final delivery.
