As the primary point of contact for customers in the EMEA-region, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‑to‑invoice coordination to reliable day‑to‑day support.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes.
For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from our office in Madrid (Spain).
