Customer Service & SAP SD Administration Specialist

Jobtailor in Zürich is seeking a customer service professional to provide comprehensive support, advise customers, and handle administrative processing in our systems.

You will ensure timely entry of orders, quotations, and complaints in SAP, analyze issues, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and other departments to resolve complex cases. Fluency in German is required; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
