Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by tracking orders, shipments, and deliveries, coordinating with the warehouse, transportation providers, and suppliers to ensure that deadlines and conditions are met.
- Resolve issues such as delays, missing items, or returns, keep system information up to date, and ensure clear communication throughout the logistics process.
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or industrial engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in the SAP system.
- Knowledge of the IATF ***** standard.
- Fluent in English.
