Responsibilities

• Request feedback and reviews on platforms like Google Reviews once services are completed.
• Contact existing clients to offer our new smart locks.
• Reach out to builders and contractors to promote our luxury doors.
• Handle customer service inquiries, including complaints and issue resolution.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and interactions.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality service and feel supported throughout the post-sales process.

Requirements
