Customer Service Reps Up To 27K Pay - Angeles

We are seeking qualified, service-driven professionals to join our call center team. The successful candidate will answer incoming calls, explain our products and services in a clear and easy-to-understand way, assist customers with their concerns, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience.



What you'll do every day:

Take incoming calls and assist customers

Share product information in a clear and simple way

Help customers with questions or concerns

Update account details when needed

Keep accurate records of each call



Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
