Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls about transactions on their accounts, including payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards, and other concerns.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment that involves 100% phone-based customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Completion of at least 2 years in college, or a high school diploma with 1 year of customer-facing work experience, or a 2-year vocational/certificate course with 1 year of customer-facing work experience.
- Strong proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting Internet searches, and navigating a Windows-based environment.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
