Customer Service Representative with Turkish

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading BPO company in Lisbon for a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

What you'll do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email
  
• Resolve customer queries and issues, maintaining high satisfaction levels
  
• Represent a major international brand with professionalism
  
• Work in a dynamic, multicultural team environment
  

What we're looking for:

• Turkish C1 (mandatory)
  
• English B2 (mandatory)
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
