Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy team on a contract basis. This role focuses on delivering responsive support to customers by phone and in person while coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and keeping records accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative ability, a customer-first approach, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting.
