As a Customer Service Representative in our Barcelona team (on‑site), you will be part of a group of game‑changers powering future tech brands.

- Handle calls through the CRM agent portal.
- Create quotations and orders via the SAP system.
- Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers.
