This role involves providing exceptional customer service while managing order processing, data entry, and backend production tasks. Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and visitors at the door and ensure their needs are promptly addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming orders by logging them into a daily system and distributing job jackets to the appropriate team.
• Respond to customer inquiries about incoming orders within a minimum timeframe of 30 minutes.
