Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and assist customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve customer service strategies.
- Meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction and response time.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Paranaque site and start as soon as possible
