Customer Service Representative Role Responsibilities
The primary duty and responsibility of a Call/Scheduling Department representative is to ensure that we obtain subpoenaed records by the due date and to build and maintain a great professional relationship with the custodian of records.
Duties Include
- Assisting custodians with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing concerns regarding the release of records.
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Verifying data on initial call
- Follow-up on requests
- Routing work
- Create letters, save, and mail to the custodian
- Obtain the correct records
- Update orders with clear, detailed notes
