Customer Service Representative

Description

• These candidates will be calling on NYS lottery retailers (gas stations, stores, etc.) and checking on their current state with lottery cards as well as placing any orders for new products or reorders.
• They will be making 100-140 calls a day with the majority of them being very short.
• The retailers are current customers and most of the time they are expecting the calls (no cold calls).
• The calls to gas stations in busier areas will tend to be a minute or two long while some of the smaller stores will have longer conversations due to them now knowing the product lines as well.

This is a Contract position based out of Albany, NY.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
