Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, assisting customers through Shopify chat, and managing customer interactions on social media platforms. Shopify experience is a MUST for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails regarding order status, shipping updates, returns, and general inquiries.
- Provide real-time customer support through Shopify Chat.
