Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve concerns.
Provide excellent customer service.
Update customer information in the system.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and one of the languages listed above.
Good communication skills.
Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
