Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders via phone, email, and chat.
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, billing, claims, and account updates.
+ Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.
+ Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records within company systems.
