Looking to take the next step in your customer service career? We're looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a global fintech company supporting customers across multiple international markets.
If you have at least 2 years of customer service or BPO/contact center experience and enjoy helping customers through multiple communication channels, we'd love to hear from you!
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days WFH)
Support Channels: Phone, Email & Live Chat
Language: English & Mandarin
