Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Connect with clients to build strong relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and create raving fans of the business.
  • Establish genuine rapport with customers and proactively identify their needs and concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues completely—ideally within a single call.
  • Provide timely feedback and escalate issues when necessary to customer service executives.
  • Stay informed about the latest company updates, products, and services.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • With or without BPO experience can apply
  • Willing to work in an office-based setup
  • Willing to work in Paragon Plaza, Mandaluyong
