Eligibility:
- Fluent in Gujarati (Read, Write & Speak)
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English
- Customer service experience is preferred (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply)
- Comfortable handling voice-based customer interactions
- Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection for WFH
