- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a deep understanding of products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
