Location: Vigan, Ilocos Sur

Account Type: Retail Seasonal Account

Salary Package: ₱16,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, or email.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with product information, billing concerns, and order tracking.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
• Meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate, SHS graduate, or college level/graduate.
• With or without call center experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Vigan, Ilocos Sur .
• Amenable to shifting schedules.
