Sales and Customer Service Representative – Dutch or French Speaking

We’re expanding our Online Sales team and are looking for a Dutch-speaking or French-speaking Customer Service Representative with a strong sales mindset to support our web shops and marketplace customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Provide sales-focused customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp and chat for the Dutch and Belgian markets. 
  • Handle incoming sales leads, create tailored quotes, actively follow up and convert them into orders. 
  • Support customers after sales: deliveries, claims, returns, installation help, payment issues. 
  • Process orders and returns in our systems (including web shops and marketplaces like Bol.com).
