- Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000/month
- Night Differential (14%)
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of Customer Service experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience handling phone, chat, and email support
- Excellent English communication skills
- Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury service, or event planning is an advantage
- Comfortable supporting customers across multiple communication channels
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
