Primary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensuring their experience is memorable.
Also, as a team member you will support the team's needs and assist in data entry and order management.
Enter sales orders through the company's ERP system.
Assist on the Inside Sales Promotions as part of the primary activities.
Resolve customer Product / Order issues in a courteous and professional manner, both outbound and inbound.
Serve as a first point of contact and elevate situations requiring support from Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing Plants, Finance and Carries.
Process return goods requests, other service issues and any other adjustments for customers.
Coordinate shipping requirements with distribution centers.
Support maintenance of the ERP System.
