As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Answer telephone call inquiries and promote an organization's product or services.

Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

8+ years of Customer Service experience

Troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Airline domain experience
