Job Summary

This position is responsible for the complete handling of customer orders and answers technical questions.



Primary Duties


+ Fulfill promises made to customers 100% of the time or notify them of changes

+ Pro-actively track customer orders to ensure on-time shipping

+ Handle arrangements for shipment of product

+ Answer phones providing feedback to customers as requested

+ Tech line phone support including quality control follow up

+ Work with material and production groups as needed to alert customers of potential backorders <...
