XL Pro Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented CSR to support customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing quotations, tracking shipments, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure excellent customer service and on-time delivery.

Schedule - 7:30AM-4PM

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
Must have stable work history
5+ years of customer service or order management experience in manufacturing preferred
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
