Customer Service Operations Associate

The **Customer Service Operations Associate (CSOA) /** **Processing Specialist (PS)** is responsible for ensuring the Processing Team creates and submits accurate filing documents that align with customer requirements and applicable state regulations. This role involves resolving or appropriately delegating filing-related tasks, tracking them through completion, and delivering final documents to customers.

The Processing Specialist plays a critical role in organizational success by helping processing operations meet or exceed customer expectations while providing support to other departments as needed. In addition, the PS continuously evaluates workflows, identifies opportunities for improvement, and contributes recommendations that enhance operational efficiency.
