Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, understand their needs and attend to their queries
- Handle and resolve customers feedback and concerns
- Ensure a wonderful salon experience for our customers to increase customer retention
- Handle phone enquiries with etiquette
- Serve light refreshments to customers and attend to their needs
- Schedule customers’ appointments and other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
- Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement
- Provide feedback and ideas to improve operations and enhance customer experience
- Comply with data protection regulation and organizational security procedures for customer registration and credit and cash transactions
