What do we do
Here at Linear, we work with some of the worlds biggest pharmaceutical companies and research organisations to conduct clinical trials supporting the advancement of new treatments and drugs in medicine. We have two state-of-the art clinical trial centres based in Perth and due to lots of exciting growth, are looking for Customer Service Operators to help us recruit clinical trial participants for our upcoming trials.

Your Role in Our Future
As the very first point of contact for our participants, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their journey. You’ll provide clear, study-specific information, answer questions with empathy and confidence, and conduct engaging pre-screening calls to help match the right participants with the right trials.
