Customer Service Officer (Enrichment Centre)

Location: Tampines/Toa Payoh

Working hours: 44 hours per week, 5 days per week (4 weekdays: 12:30pm to 9:30pm + 1 weekend Saturday/Sunday: 8:30am to 6:30pm) (Rostered based on centre operational needs)

Salary: Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefit

• Attend to parent and student enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins professionally.
• Explain courses, programmes, teaching approach and enrolment details to customers.
• Support course promotion, customer relationship management and sales transactions.
• Arrange replacement lessons, appointments, centre inventory and daily administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support smooth daily centre operations.
• Assist with centre administration and deployment across centres when required.
