As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage bungalow reservations and guest services, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience formembers and guests. This role combines front-line service, cashiering, and administrative coordination.

• Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries on bungalow bookings and reservations
