Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate export shipment bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and logistics vendors
- Manage daily air freight and ocean freight operational activities
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely cargo delivery
- Follow up on booking confirmation, shipping schedules, and operational milestones
- Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, transporters, customs brokers, and customers
- Handle shipping documentation and operational data updates
- Support urgent shipment arrangements and customer escalation cases
- Maintain accurate operational records and billing-related information
