We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead day-to-day customer support operations and ensure a responsive, organized experience for domestic and international clients in Northborough , Massachusetts. This role combines team leadership with hands-on order coordination, shipping support, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, production, and quality teams.
