CUSTOMER SERVICE LEADER
Our client, based in Welshpool, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Supervisor to join their Operations team.
Duties:
- Work closely with the customer service and the sales team providing support on pricing, stock availability and reporting.
- Provide back up for the customer service team during peak periods of inbound calls.
- Provide monthly reports on customer/ product sales and identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage customer enquiries and warranties
- Monitor product margins and investigate where required.
- Local procurement, part maintenance and purchasing
