Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support sales and customer service teams.
  • Provide general office clerical support, filing, and documentation as required.
  • Assist with sales and customer service related projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Answer phones/email and interact with internal and external customers with excellent customer service.
  • Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
  • Understand. Create. Simplify.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelors or Associates in Business or related degree
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL
  • Negative drug test result(s)
