Job Description
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex insurance policies and policyholder needs, delivering seamless service through a mix of empathy and digital efficiency.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding policy coverage, limits, and exclusions.
- Act as the first point of contact for claims, gathering essential data and setting customer expectations for the next steps in the adjudication process.
- Guide customers on how to use self-service portals and mobile apps to manage their accounts.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service (particularly with background in insurance, life and retirement account)
Work Arrangement
Hybrid (3x Onsite, 2x Work From Home)
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday (8:00AM-9:00PM EST)
