Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the supply chain process of procurement, inventory control, logistics shipping and distribution
- Manage planning and forecasting activities
- Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials/stock with suppliers and the sales team
- Responsible for processing and management of purchase Orders to manufacturers / suppliers, follow-up on shipments schedules and inventories control.
- Being the point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries/shipments concerns
- Responsible for processing and management of customers’ orders with timely deliveries and shipments arrangement to be made in the most optimum manner
- Perform logistics arrangements for deliveries (import/export/local) and work with transporters/forwarders/ warehouses to resolve any issues related to the shipment/delivery
