- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Record and update customer samples, orders, reservations, and delivery scheduling in coordination with operations and warehouse teams.
- Follow up on orders, reservations, product proposals and project timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sample requests.
- Assist walk-in customers at showrooms and provide product information and guidance.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for service improvement.
- Manage billing documentation, including invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
