Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support via phone, email, and online platforms
- Coordinate servicing arrangements, delivery updates, and issue resolution for customers
- Manage customer complaints and elevate matters when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support operations
- Provide basic product guidance and follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Min Diploma in Business Management or related field
- Min 2-3 years experience in customer service/client support is preferred
- Experience with Mechanical/Electrical Products will be an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce CRM system will be an advantage
- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)
