Job Scope
- Provide customer service through hotline calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Process orders via various purchasing methods.
- Handle enrolments for new customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports to ensure accurate payments and stock quantities.
- Assist with the purchase of merchandise and spare parts.
- Organize and file documents.
- Verify invoices against order forms to ensure accurate data entry.
- Address customer inquiries promptly.
- Issue products to customers based on their purchases.
- Pack stock for deliveries and coordinate courier services.
