Job Title:-

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused candidates to join our BPO team. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, and providing accurate solutions while maintaining high service standards.


Key Responsibilities :-

  • 5 Days working & rotational 2 Days Off rotational .
  • 24/7 shift with night shifts included
  • Handle customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer queries via voice or non-voice (chat/email) process.


Requirements:-

  • Minimum qualifications: 12th pass / graduate
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.(including night shift)
